At NC Mushrooms, we take quality and safety seriously. Our products are dietary supplements made from whole mushrooms that we cultivate and process with care. Because these products are ingestible, we maintain strict guidelines around returns and refunds.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of the delivery date shown by the carrier. To be eligible, products must be in their original condition, with seals intact and packaging undamaged. For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or partially used supplements.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact us through our website or customer support with your order number and the items you wish to return. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the product back to us. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless we have made an error or the item arrived damaged.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether it has been approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless a return is due to our error or a damaged or incorrect product.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. After reviewing your claim, we will replace the affected items or issue a refund at no extra cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety, regulatory, and quality reasons, the following items are not returnable or refundable except where required by law:

  • Opened supplements or tinctures
  • Products without original packaging or with broken seals
  • Items purchased on final sale or closeout, if clearly labeled as such
  • Gift cards or digital products
