Shipping Policy
NC Mushrooms ships orders within the United States. Our goal is to pack and ship your order quickly while protecting the integrity of our products.
Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During high-volume periods, restocks, or unexpected delays, processing time may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will do our best to notify you.
Shipping Methods and Costs
We ship via common carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and the size and weight of your order. Shipping options and costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Risk of Loss
Once an order has been handed to the carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer. Please verify your shipping address carefully during checkout. NC Mushrooms is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow some time for the carrier to update tracking after the label is created.
Delays and Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, natural events, or other circumstances outside of our control. Estimated delivery times are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.
If a package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, check with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier office. If you still cannot locate the package, contact the carrier to open an inquiry. We will assist where we reasonably can, but we are not responsible for stolen or misdelivered packages where the carrier marks the item as delivered to the address provided.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided at checkout, we will contact you. Additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package. If you choose not to have the order resent, a refund may be issued for the product cost only, less any original shipping charges, provided the products are still in resalable condition.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we ship only within the United States. Certain addresses, such as PO Boxes or military addresses, may have limited shipping options. If there is a problem fulfilling your order to a particular address, we will work with you to find a solution or issue a refund if necessary.
